1678 Munday May 30
I saw agn at <u>the Charitie <\u> the boy with 
Hornes on his fingers he is of Brie & between 19 & 20
years old. His food was the usuall food of the Country he 
has been purged twice since he came into the Charitie & 
some of the hornes of his fingers begin to loosen at
the Root.
fig. 1 <s>[text?] showes the excrescence 
or nail of the midle finger of the right hand 
fig. 2. <s>Index dextra <\s> that of the forefinger of 
the same hand 
fig. 3 & 4th. <s>annularis sinistra <\s> show that of the 
ring finger of the left hand in 2 
positions.
