Paper reference code: A.193 and A.194

Reports that the paper on photosynthesis has been seen by three referees, two of whom did not recommend it for publication in Proceedings [of the Royal Society]. Suggests the paper be withdrawn.

Explains that the paper on catalysis has also received unfavourable reports. Asks how Baly would like to proceed.
