Description

Paper reference code: B.122

Reports that [Edward Neville da Costa] Andrade had sent a draft of the paper a few months before. While all previous comments have been addressed, the paper is not of a sufficient standard. Questions the representation of the findings in the diagrams. Does not wish to come across as 'harsh'.

[Not published in Royal Society journals but published in the Proceedings of the Physical Society, vol. 50, number 1, 1938].
