Paper reference code: B.122

Estimates the paper to be 20 pages in length, and published in the Proceedings [of the Royal Society]. Reports that [Hamilton] Hartridge has been proposed as referee, and a physicist may also be asked if needed. Asks whether the paper can proceed if reports are positive. Raper agrees on both counts.
