States that the second referee is also 'entirely against publication'. Sends abstracts from both referees [James Gray and David Keilin], who came to their conclusions independently [see RR/W/5/66]. Recommends the paper be withdrawn, and that Allen has 'a talk with Yonge sometime about what he is doing'.
