Explains that the paper has been re-written based on comments from previous referees, [Henry] Woods, [Ernest William] MacBride, Woodward, and [David Meredith Seares] Watson. Reports that [Archibald Vivian] Hill has sent it to Watson. Woodward acknowledges the report and suggests MacBride as the second referee.
