Once again thanks Dale for informing him that the paper had been declined by the Royal Society, and for sending copies of the referees' comments. Repeats request for the paper to be returned. Apologises for troubling the Society with the paper, but both authors felt bound to submit to the Society first because they contributed £100 towards the research.

[Not published in Royal Society journals, the research was published as a Memoir in memorial to Sir T. W. Edgeworth David in 1936 in Australia].
