Description

Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. Refers to work of Daniel Bernoulli and Francis Bashforth. If the second method of calcualtion had been more complete, the paper would have been recommended for publication. Suggests instead publication in the Proceedings, with the example omitted as it has already appeared in the abstract previously published in the Proceedings.
