Description

Recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. Gives thanks for the author's replies, which appear satisfactory. The state of the map is understandable given the health of the author at the time of communication of the paper. The author's statements regarding the comparison of Cerium and Calcium require revision. Suggests omitting the references to animalous reversals.
