Description

Recommended for publication in the Proceedings of the Royal Society of London. The paper appears to act as an appendix to the papers already published in the Proceedings. If the paper had been presented as a whole, rather than in successive parts, it would have been recommended for the Philosophical Transactions. The woodcuts should be included.
