Has been sent his manuscript by Charles-Édouard Brown-Séquard. Provides forwarding addresses. If, as he believes, the Royal Society does not return manuscripts, asks that his be returned to the given address. Hopes to make a copy of the paper using the manuscript, as this would be impossible without it, owing to the destruction of the notes.
