Reference number: RR/8/315

Date: 28 November 1881

Description

Recommended for publication in the Proceedings of the Royal Society of London. Discusses the experimental method, and there is no objection to their printing on the Proceedings. Suggests a distinction between gas and vapour be made in the supplements. Suggests omitting the conclusions, as the experimental part is the important and valuable part of the paper.
