Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society', despite the high quality of the illustrations and descriptions. Refers to work of Teichmann [?], [Franz] Schweigger-Seydel, [Emanuel Edward] Klein and Krause [?]. Does not find the descriptions favourable. If the Council decides to print an abstract in the Proceedings, it will require careful editing.
