Description

Having read the comments from John Baboneau Nickterlien Hennessey, as has Henry Enfield Roscoe, the referees agree that the explanation given make the paper good for the Proceedings, although if George Gabriel Stokes thinks the paper better suited for the Philosophical Transactions, the paper will require some further revision.
