Description

Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. Has tried to replicate the experiments described but has not been able to reproduce the results. Suggests returning the paper to the author, along with the report, and request he clarifies his experimental method. Suggests also omitting the part about movement of medusae, and rendering the paper in better English.
