Description

Returns the paper on loan for alteration. The paper must be returned intact, with the only marks made being notes on omissions and replacements. Any new parts should be written on fresh paper with notes indicating where they should be inserted. No firm decision has been made regarding printing in the Proceedings, but any alterations made to improving the paper would make it more probable that it would be included in the publication.
