Description

No clear statement regarding publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. Would recommend publication if the statements can be verified, but at present is travelling and cannot consult his reference books. Is not sure if all of the information is new. If an abstract is printed in the Proceedings, suggests the views and object of the authors be made more apparent.
