Agrees that the paper should appear in the same volume of the Proceedings as it's reading. Recalculating the results of Thomas Edward Thorpe and Arthur William Rucker will take about ten days. If this is too long, instead proposes to make the other recommended changes and append a note stating why the Thomas Edward Thorpe and Arthur William Rucker results were not used.
