'Allibone writes: 'I have been much more uncertain about recommending this paper for publication than O was over its predecessor as it does not contain a large volume of new work; however, it forms a corollary to the Jones Perrelle paper, P.R.S. 216. p.267 1953., dealing with one aspect of the problem briefly touched upon at the end of the first paper.
