Martin remarks on a communicating letter from Nevill Francis Mott, that in consultation with Dr Burch, they consider this paper suitable for publication by the Royal Society. David Brunt is happy to accept this opinion and does not require a second referee, asks if Harrie Stewart Wilson Massey would agree. Massey responds he agrees and is prepared to accept the paper.
