Duncan writes: 'Dear Dr. Martin, I have received your letter of 30th October, enclosing the manuscript of the paper by Fox and Goodwin. I think I could still argue my point about page 34 of the manuscript but this is not really a matter of importance. I am therefore prepared to accept the paper in its amended form. Yours sincerely, W. J. Duncan'.
