Martin informs this paper has been carefully vetted by the communicator, Sir Richard Southwell, and read by Professor Temple. Sir David Brunt is prepared to accept it without further opinion, Martin asks if Dr R Stoneley agrees with this. Includes Stoneley's reply that the opinions expressed suggest there is nothing wrong with the paper, but would the Council want a firm statement that this paper is for the advancement of science and is worth printing.
