Bleaney writes: 'With regard to the paper which you sent me to referee two days ago, I very much regret that it will be almost impossible for me to return it within the stated period of 21 days. I am engaged in Fianl examinations, and I shall not be free of these until June 30th.' He suggests Franz Eugen Simon as a potential referee.
