Description

Sectional committee: Mathematics

Recommended for publication in Proceedings. The author's method of attack on the problem has already given some fresh information that could be developed further. However, two of the tentative conclusions are inconsistent with the author. The paper is capable of considerable improvement and some modifications should be made before publication.
