Sectional Committee: Mathematics

Recommended for publication in the Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society. Cannot comment on the technical aspects of the paper as they are outside his expertise. Finds the mathematical work good but has not had time to verify all the equations. The title indicates that further installments of the series are expected. As such, the paper may be more suitable for a journal of technical applied mathematics. If published by the Royal Society, the Wool Industries Research Association might be interested in helping to publish and later circulate the paper.
