Description

Sectional committee: Mathematics

Recommended for publication in Proceedings. The description is long but he doesn't see how it can be shortened. The instrumental outfit was impressive although there was a 'regrettable gap' in it. Some terms used should be defined. The investigation of Taylor should be referenced in the paper.
