Description

Sectional Committee: Mathematics

Returns the paper and recommends it for publication. The amendments have much improved the paper. 'I have no objection if you will tell the author that the improvements he has made in the paper are duly [?] appreciated'. Comments on the Royal Society standard of not using 'we' in papers,of which the author should be warned, and given the opportunity to rectify this himself.
