Sectional Committee: Mathematics

Suggests the paper goes forward with the suggested amendments recommended to the author, which should improve the clarity of the paper. 'Almost certainly no one else would be prepared to do it for the author, so it had better be left to him to do what he can by himself'. Suggests the author read a pamphlet by the London Mathematical Society on the writing of mathematical papers, and discusses the printing of mathematical formulae.
