Description

Is happy to hear his paper has been recommended for publication in the Philosophical Transactions. Has postponed responding to await further communication regarding the insertion of reference to prior researches. Is happy to make the references suggested, and hopes that the omission has not been misunderstood. It would be a great help if any titles could be communicated to him. Will rewrite the necessary paragraph and send a copy for approval.
