Recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. Does not consider that the paper contains a proof demonstration. The paper does contain 'curious observations'. The paper should be printed with the previous paper as far as possible. The referees to not have the first paper to hand, and of the referees, Bartholomew Price has not read the first paper.
