Reference number: RR/6/212

Date: 06 November 1869

Description

Recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. The second paper concerns a fossil species first encountered on the Voyage of the Beagle. Refers to work of Auguste Bravard. Refers to a paper by Thomas Henry Huxley regarding Macrauchenia boliviensis in the Quarterly Journal of the Geological Society, which the referee considers to be of great importance, but to which the author makes no reference, but which the referee thinks 'ought certainly to have been cited'.
