Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. Has seen the dissections from which the illustrations were made. Considers the paper too focused on one species to require publication in the Philosophical Transactions. Suggests publication in the Proceedings, which he believes will satisfy the author.
