Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. The paper is a continuation of an earlier paper by the same author. Refers to work by Chaslis [James Challis?] and August Ferdinand Möbius. Considers some of the paper to be controversial in nature. Suggests a mathematical journal may be a more suitable place for publication.
