Description

Recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. Considered the Proceedings to be the most suitable place for publication at first, as it would be advisable to publish the paper quickly, but as other papers of observations from the Kew observatory have been published in the Transactions the paper should most likely be published there.
