Description

Asks if Wigglesworth would be a suitable referee. Also asks if he will pass the paper if the report is favourable.

Gray replies that Wigglesworth is in the United States and won't be back for months.

Contains note form 'AVH' stating the Gray did not answer his second question. The author should be sent a copy of the referee's comments.
