Description

Sectional Committee: Physics

Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Communicated by Geoffrey Ingram Taylor. Peper is sent at the request of Alfred Charles Glyn Egerton. M F Coward sent the paper to Geoffrey Ingram Taylor, asking if he thought it might be published in a technical journal, but the general interest of the paper makes it suitable for the Proceedings. James Chadwick agrees to publication without referee, but will report on it himself if necessary.
