Description

Sectional Committee: Physics

Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Communicated by Alfred Charles Glyn Egerton and seen by David Randall Pye. Alfred Charles Glyn Egerton believes the paper is good but cannot press his opinion as communicator, and suggests the paper be sent to William Edward Curtis, who passed the three previous papers by the same author. James Chadwick agrees to publication without further opinion.
