Description

Sectional Committee: Zoology

Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Finds it hard to answer the set questions on the report form. Refers to work of D'Arcy Wentworth Thompson. Comments on the publication of papers dealing with growth morphology. Comments on the usefulness of the paper to both biologists and mathematicians. Thinks the paper should only be published if there is space for an elemental treatment of the mathematics involved. The paper might also be suitable for publication in the Biological Review, if suitably expanded.
