Description

Sectional Committee: Mathematics

Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London' with hesitation. Despite several amendments, still finds the paper difficult to read. Can only understand the paper with the aid of the report by K Fuchs. Has sent the paper again to K Fuchs for advice.

Contains extra question - 'Is there any information contained in the paper which likely to be of value to the enemy?' Referee replies no.
