Has no special comments on paper A.12. Has some comments to make on paper A.15 [current paper]. The paper is written in an unclear way, making it hard to follow the method used. Suggests omitting the optics and crystallography, rather than present them in this way. Suggests the paper be submitted to another referee with the time to check over the detail of the structure, and to ask the authors to re-write the beginning of the paper. This may cause delays, but the paper is not suitable as it stands.
