Contains extra question - 'Is there any information contained in the paper which likely to be of value to the enemy?' Referee replies that this is unlikely. Part III contains information which might be useful in relation to synthetic polymers, but it would be up to a specilaist in synthetic rubbers to determine of this might be of use to the enemy. Considers that it might take ten years to get practical results.
