In normal times the paper might have been more suitable for a veterinary journal. Suggests the author examine data for the Netherlands, as published by the referee. Suggests omitting or combining plates. Suggests the author clarify his use of the terms 'primary' and 'unexplained' in regards to disease outbreaks.
