Alfred Charles Glyn Egertion suggests that, as the author is the authority on the subject, that the papers be passed without referee. If a referee is required, suggests William Edward Curtis. James Chadwick agrees to pass the paper without referee, but if a referee is requires, suggests instead Ralph Howard Fowler, Eric Keightley Rideal or Ronald George Wreyford Norrish.
