Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Alfred Charles Glyn Egertion suggests that, as the author is the authority on the subject, that the papers be passed without referee. If a referee is required, suggests William Edward Curtis. James Chadwick agrees to pass the paper without referee, but if a referee is requires, suggests instead Ralph Howard Fowler, Eric Keightley Rideal or Ronald George Wreyford Norrish.
