Description

Sectional Committee: Engineering

Returns one corrected proof, and keeps the other for reference. Will eventually require three copies. Suggests letting Nayler have a stock of 50 copies for distribution. Refers to Herbert John Gough, David Randall Pye and Charles Seymour Wright, the Directors of Research, who may want copies. Puts it up to the Royal Society to decide on the numbering of the paper. Has added some legends to improve clarity and some clarifying paragraphs for Richardson [?].
