Description

Sectional Committee: Engineering

Sends a paper which he hopes can be printed in the Philosophical Transactions. Refers to work of Ernest George Coker and Louis Napoleon George Filon. David Randall Pye thinks the paper should be withheld, believing 'that the method should be kept secret during the war, - I think, on the ground that you should never save your enemy's time!' Hopes that the paper can be printed for restricted circulation, similar to those of Geoffrey Ingram Taylor. Thinks, for secrecy, that the paper should not be numbered as part of the Relaxation series yet.
