Sectional Committee: Engineering

Returns the paper but is not sure what to say about it, as so much time and circumstance has passed since it was communicated. Makes some minor revisions on re-reading the paper, and finds the solutions interesting from a mathematical standpoint. Assumes the referee to be Geoffrey Ingram Taylor, who is familiar with the work of Albert Edward Green. The paper seems fit for publication, but as it was withheld for so long, it may have been covered in the meantime.

The paper was withheld as the similar paper by Geoffrey Ingram Taylor and Albert Edward Green was also withheld.
