Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. The paper continues on from earlier papers by the same authors, also published in the Proceedings. Criticises the authors' use of plurals for genus names. Finds some of the meaning unclear. Suggests some amendments to wording.

Contains extra question - 'Is there any information contained in the paper which likely to be of value to the enemy?' Referee replies no.
