Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Alfred Charles Glyn Egerton thinks the paper can be passed without referee, in view of the letter from the communicator Ralph Howard Fowler. Joseph Chadwick agrees to acceptance of the paper.
