Description

Egerton suggested that the paper may be sent to Desch and Hume-Rothery, if another referee is required. Does Guy agree?

Guy thinks that Desch will send on the paper to G D Preston, as the subject matter isn't Desch's speciality. Hume-Rothery should be familiar with the subject matter. Another alternative referee is A S Bradley.
