Recommended for publication in Proceedings. Different terms are needed for the arrangement of chromosomes. There is no reference to a paper by Sikka which was published in the Journal of Genetics, but several of the conclusions are the same, so the paper should be referenced. There are some wording errors. He needs to see the author's answers to his criticisms.
